Resort Resale Services

TheMVPService provides its Member Resorts access to a service-oriented, on-site resale service customized to meet an individual resort’s needs.  Whether the resort consists of 15, 40, 90 or more units, TheMVPService can design and manage an effective on-site resale program. 

Consumers’ needs and personal situations change.  Therefore, a reality for all products and services (including timeshare) is that there may come a time when the consumer no longer desires to own or maintain a product or service that once met his needs.  As a result, Resort Homeowner Associations (HOAs) find themselves in need of an effective resale program which will enable them to assist owners in selling their timeshare interests.

Often times, properties controlled by HOAs are also in need of an effective resale program in order to sell residual inventory remaining from when the resort was controlled by a developer and/or inventory that may have been reclaimed from the original consumer as a result of defaulted maintenance fees.   

As reported by the American Resort Development Association, timeshare (also known as vacation ownership) continues to lead in the hospitality sector with steady growth.  The timeshare industry has enjoyed and will no doubt continue to experience tremendous success built on the cornerstones of product quality and innovation as well as customer service.  We want to help Member Resorts to make the most of the opportunities in this growing and diverse industry.
