Refurbishment Finance Services for Resorts

During the lifecycle of a resort property, periodic refurbishments are necessary to maintain or enhance the quality of stay for owners and guests.  This may include furniture, linens, appliances, lighting, painting and small or large remodeling projects. 

Resorts typically budget and/or set aside funds in accounts for the purpose of funding refurbishments. From time to time, however, a resort association may find itself in need of borrowing the money from a third party in order to implement refurbishments it really wants and needs in a timely, quality manner.
